As we enter an exciting growth phase, we seek an experienced VP of Sales to strategically drive the company's global growth, shaping partnerships and leading the go-to-market execution. Your main goal is building long-term relationships and successfully positioning our optical tracking and analytics solutions with key sports entities worldwide.

- 65-80k EUR base salary
- Up to 5k EUR of team and individual benefits in the year

[Your Role]
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the sales strategy, achieving ambitious revenue and growth objectives by identifying and closing significant deals with leagues, federations, broadcasters, and data companies.
- Market Expansion: Actively build and cultivate strategic relationships within the sports ecosystem to expand ReSpo.Vision’s market footprint globally.
- Business Development: Manage and close major deals personally, leading by example and demonstrating sales excellence.
- Team Development: Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering an environment of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement.
- Brand Representation: Act as a high-profile ambassador of ReSpo.Vision, enhancing our industry presence and credibility at key conferences and events.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and maximize commercial impact of our solutions.

- Proven Leader: At least 5-10 years of sales leadership experience, ideally with a robust track record in technology, data solutions, or sports-tech industries.
- Strategic Network: Deep existing relationships within sports federations, leagues, clubs, broadcasters, or data providers.
- Commercial Excellence: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets, delivering measurable growth through strategic partnerships and sales execution.
